• Your Account Number With Investment Retrievers (a six-digit number - example:(12345-9))
  
• Dollar Amount of Payment You Wish to Make
  
• Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
  
• Name of Bank that Issued the Credit Card
  


4. Facts You Should Know about Paying Western Union Quick Collect by Phone:


• Maximum of $2,000 on One Quick Collect by Phone Transaction
  
• There is a Fee for the Service (See Chart Below)
  
• Some Banks May Treat This as a Cash Advance and Charge Fees and/or Interest Accordingly.
  
• The Transaction Will Appear on the Customer's Credit Card Statement As: "Western Union Quick Collect 800-634-3422 ($Total Dollar Amount)"
  
• You Must Ask the Western Union Operator for their 10 Digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) - Starts with "897"
  (Unlike regular Quick Collect this MTCN is conditional upon Western Union's final acceptance of the transaction. Additional validation of the transaction takes places once the customer hangs up.)
  
• QUICK COLLECT BY PHONE is NOT Offered to Consumers Calling From the Following States: Colorado / Connecticut / Florida / Kansas / Maine / Massachusetts / Minnesota / New York / Oklahoma
